FORTINET: GIỚI THIỆU CÁC GÓI HỖ TRỢ DỊCH VỤ VÀ LICENSE CỦA FIREWALL FORTIGATE

1. Các gói hỗ trợ dịch vụ FortiCare

Các gói dịch vụ FortiCare có thể được mua theo phần cứng hoặc theo cam kết giữa người mua hàng và Fortinet

Các gói FortiCare theo phần cứng thiết bị bao gồm:

• Standard Support (24×7 FortiCare Support Services, ASE FortiCare Support Services): Khách hàng mua gói dịch vụ này sẽ nhận được sự hỗ trợ 24×7 từ FortiCare Support Services cùng với sự hỗ trợ từ các kỹ sư của hãng
• Premium Support: Khách hàng mua gói dịch vụ Premium sẽ nhận được các hỗ trợ như gói dịch vụ Standard kèm với dịch vụ trả lại hàng RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) với các tuỳ chọn đổi trả sau 1 ngày, đổi trả sau 4 giờ, đổi trả sau 4h với kỹ sư trực tiếp và Secure RMA

Ngoài ra khách hàng cũng có thể mua các gói hỗ trợ nhiều cấp độ được cá nhân hoá Active Support and Direct Engagement, với tuỳ chọn chỉ định các chuyên gia cho cơ sở hạ tầng của khách hàng. Các dịch vụ này cung các tiện ích nâng cao như đề xuất chi tiết về thực tiễn tốt nhất

2. Các gói hỗ trợ dịch vụ FortiGuard

• Advanced Threat Protection (ATP): Bao gồm các dịch vụ FortiCare + Application Control, IPS, Advanced Malware Protection
• Unified Protection (UTM): Bao gồm các dịch vụ của ATP kèm them Web Filtering và Anti-Spam
• Enterprise Protection (ENT): Bao gồm các dịch vụ của UTM kèm theo CASB, Security Rating và Industrial Security Service
• 360 Protection: Bao gồm các dịch vụ trong FortiGuard

Ngoài ra bạn có thể tuỳ chọn thêm license FNDN (Fortinet Developer Network) hoặc các dịch vụ bổ sung Additional Services khác

Các license FNDN bao gồm:

• FC-10-FNDN1-651-02-12: FNDN Develop Toolkit – FNDN access for single user. Includes Develop tools and licenses
• FC-10-FNDN1-652-02-12: FNDN Deploy Toolkit – FNDN access for single user. Includes Deploy tools and licenses
• FC-10-FNDN2-139-02-12: FNDN Site Toolkit – FNDN access for up to 15 users. Includes premium tools and licenses for developers and advanced users of Fortinet products

Ngoài ra Fortinet cũng cung cấp các tuỳ chọn bổ sung để khách hàng lựa chọn:

• FortiAnalyzer: License cho FortiGuard Indicator of Compromise (IOC)
• FortiSandbox: Bao gồm IPS, Antivirus, IP Reputation, Web Filtering, FortiCare services
• FortiClient: Bao gồm Application Control, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Vulnerability Scan, FortiCare services
• FortiProxy: Bao gồm AntiVirus, Web Filtering, IPS, DLP, Application Control, DNS Filtering, AntiSpam, Vulnerability Scan và FortiCare service
• FortiMail: Bao gồm AntiVirus, AntiSpam, FortiSandbox Cloud, Virus Outbreak Protection Service, Dynamic Adult Image Analysis Service, FortiCare services.
• FortiWeb: Bao gồm Web Application Security, AntiVirus, IP Reputation, Vulnerability Scan, FortiGuard Credential Stuffing Defense, FortiCare services.

• FortiSIEM: Giấy phép đăng ký cho FortiGuard Indicator of Compromise (IOC).
• FortiCASB: Cung cấp khả năng hiển thị và kiểm soát dữ liệu được lưu trữ trên đám mây.
• FortiManager Cloud: Cloud-based Orchestration Service (Dịch vụ điều phối sử dụng nền tảng cloud).
• FortiAnalyzer Cloud: Dịch vụ quản lý sự kiện và bảo mật nền tảng đám mây (Cloud-based Security and Event Management Service)
• SD-WAN Cloud Assisted Monitoring: SD-WAN Bandwidth & Quality Monitoring Service.
• SD-WAN Overlay Controller VPN Service: Cloud-based VPN Overlay Service & Portal.
• FortiConverter Service: Dịch vụ tối ưu hóa và di chuyển Policy (Policy Migration and Optimization Service).
